Terms and Conditions for FacepaintFX

  • The client is to provide a table and 2 chairs to work from.

  • If the party is outside a Gazebo or canopy must also be provided for protection from wind, rain or extreme heat.

 

  • You will receive the invoice by email and the full payment is to be made within 3 days, you will then be booked in.  The date automatically becomes available to other clients if payment is late.  Bookings are made on a 'first come first served' basis.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to obtain consent for all persons to be face painted or glitter tattooed. We are not responsible for any paint transferred to furnishings, clothing or inflatables. 

  • In the event of accident or illness including Covid19, the artist will contact the client and if at all possible a suitable replacement will be provided. If no-one is available, your full payment will be refunded.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

 

If you need to cancel your party for any reason, including bad weather you can transfer your existing booking towards a date within the next 12 months from the cancelled date. 

 

100% refund if cancelled 1 month before the party. 

50% refund if cancelled 1 week before the party. 

20% refund if cancelled 48 hrs before the party.

No refund if cancelled 12 hrs before the party.

No refund if outside parties are cancelled due to the weather.
